Hi-Techsoft.in makes every effort to refer refund requests to you, the seller, but reserves the right to issue a refund if necessary.

Hi-Techsoft follows different refund policy for its different services. You can refer to individual service agreements for more details on the refund policy. Hi-Techsoft does not guarantee any refund for the cancellation of its service. Hi-Techsoft will act on the agreement signed upon by the client and Hi-Techsoft. Hi-Techsoft does not offer any refund for the transaction charges, for the services already delivered or any other miscellaneous charges which are non recoverable for Hi-Techsoft and refunding them causes any loss to Hi-Techsoft.

If you are not satisfied with our services, you can return your order for a full refund. You can return within 15 days from the purchase date.
